Suresignal Resync please

 Hi and Good Morning

 

Please can you resync my sure signal the serial number is 40111102873

I have just swapped my Vodafone sim to Nano for Iphone 5 it’s the same phone number as previous but I am no longer able to access my suresignal

I understand that a resync is required to restart

I’ve re-synced this for you this afternoon.

 

If this doesn’t work after one hour, please try to remove the number from the Sure Signal and add it back on.

I too have just got a nano sim card. It is not connecting with my Suresignal - how do I gedt this to work?  Mobirl will not work in this location without Suresignal  - Thanks

Please try removing and re-addng the affected user.

 

Once done, please turn the phone off and on again.

Hi - thanks for your mesage. I am trying to do what you suggest but being the prime holder of the account - the facility to remove my own number and add it again is not available. A tick box only appears for supplementary numbers but not mien as the prime holder. Any further thoughts?
