Suresignal V1 not working

Hi our SS V1 has stopped working since Wed 22nd Oct. I have rebooted / reset several times.

Only the green power light is flashing?

Please can someone help Vodafone tech - can you reboot ensure its running latest firmware

serial number 21227851785 - My router is Airport Extreme

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

MY WIFE IS DISABLED AND WE HAVE BEEN RELYING ON THE VSS TO KEEP IN TOUCH....

Your IP address is not on our whitelist and this will be causing the issue.

Matt, thanks for your reply, The SS is now acting differently BUT is still not connecting...
The 'connecting; light pulses for quite a while, but then I get the connecting light turning orange and the handset light orange...

Is the any thing further that can be done??

@roborton – I’ve sent through a re-sync on the Vodafone Sure Signal for you.

 

Please perform a reset on the Sure Signal to complete the process.

 

  • Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
  • The VSS should come online within the hour

 

@abhisheksinghal – So we can help further please can you let us know the serial number of your Sure Signal, and the light sequence you’re seeing, also your IP address.
