Suresignal V2 Suddely stopped working?

Hi all.

 

My suresignal has been working for ages without much trouble - even moving house didnt bother it too much, but recently i have noticed its not been working.

I have a V2 VSS i belive, and i get the Red Power light and the next light over (looks like a signal light?) flashes all the time. no other light is lit of flashing.

 

I have rebooted, and unplugged many times, the only different being that during the first 10 seconds or so after power up, the Red power light is lit, and the next two lights both flash for a while.

 

I have done the checks, and all looks ok except my trace route:

Does anyone have any suggestions for what to try next? i have read the forums quite a bit and dont think i have found what im looking for.

 

(Note i have also checked my Sky router, its a new White one and its set to PPoA, and have setup the 'services' bit to allow the relevent ports (8/50/500/4500/1733) through.

Thanks for providing your Traceroute, everything looks ok. Your IP address is on our whitelist. Your speed test and ping test seem fine.

 

To make sure it's up to date on our network I’ve given the SS a re sync from our end, can factory reset to complete the process?

 

Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
