Hi,
Every time I use my phone the signal disappears thus dropping the call. I have full signal strength upto this point. When the signal goes, it goes completely and says 'no service' on the phone and then reappears with full strength signal again. I have tried resetting the suresignal twice and the lights are fine and suggest that it is working normally. This only happens when I am making a call.

I've phoned BT who provide the broadband and they have tested the lines and hub and tell me that everything is working fine. They could not give me a reason for the 2 timed out hops.

Hi Soapywrapper,
It's best speaking with your supplier to see if there's anything that can be done to improve the upload speed.
This can sometimes simply be done by ensuring you've got microfilters connected to every socket that's in use throughout your home.
Once you've got a quicker upload speed, you should see an improvement in your Sure Signal performance.
