Suresignal hasnt been working for around 24 hours

Our suresignal has stopped working- we have reset multiple times, we now have a steady power light and flashing signal light no signal. Internet access and wifi are all fine.

It has largely been fine for the last 8 months with a few blips here and there but they generally only last an hour or so. Download speed 2.72, upload speed 0.35, IP address 81.168.47.36. Serial number 40114265370

I would hugely appreciate some help- there is no mobile coverage at all here

Thanks for your post. It's been a couple of days since your Sure Signal last connected to our servers so I’ve given it a re sync hopefully this will give it a kick start

Please do a factory re-set and let me know how you get on.

VSS Factory Reset

* Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
* Keeping the rest button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
* Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
* The VSS should come online within the hour
