I keep getting messages from vodafone saying my suresignal has moved and to verify the address. I have not moved it an inch in the last 3 years. I did anyway log in and put the postcode back in as it correctly is, but still keep getting the messages. Should i just ignore or is there a way i can get vodafone to belive that it is (still) where I say it is!

Hi rubyrubyruby,
This can be triggered by a change in IP address or range by your internet provider.
To update this, simply log into your online account – select manage Sure Signal – change location – change the postcode to ST1 5GP for five minutes and then change it back.
This will update the location profile and stop the messages.
