Suresignal not connecting

I recently bought a V2 but it wont connect.  Red light is on and other two are flashing.  They sometimes stop flashing then start again.  I have reset the device and been in touch with the person I bought it from.  They have de-registered it and assure me it was in use until two or three weeks ago.  I registered it last Thursday and it shows as active. Can you help me please?

Hi,

I note it's a used Sure Signal.

To me this does sound like it's not properly de registered.

I would ask the original owner to contact Vodafone by phone or Live Chat to ask them to access their account to check.

Fair enough.

If nothing in the faqs and troubleshooting guide does not help then speak with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

If your numbers registered with it ok then try turning off 4G in the phones settings.
