We have a suresignal that is not currently working.  We have de-registered and re-registered but this has not worked.

The four lights are permanently in the following configuration:

Hi Matthew,

I can see your Sure Signal has connected to the network at 10.12pm yesterday.

If you’re still facing issues, please let us know if you’re seeing the same light sequence.

Thanks,

Gemma

Hi Gemma

Thanks for looking into this for us.  We still have the same light sequence and no signal on our phones.

Thanks

Matt

Hi Matt,

The light sequence you’re seeing shows that the Sure Signal is setup and ready to take calls.

It’s on the latest version of firmware, and everything is fine with your speed test, ping test and traceroute.

Your IP address is on our whitelist, so no problems there either.

The Sure Signal connected to our servers at 12:42am today.

If you’re still not getting a signal on your phones, try a factory reset of the unit:

  • Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

Thanks,

Andy
