My suresignal is : Model 9361 Home Cell p3.0 Serial No. 40130422955
I have had it for several months and it seems to been reliable but more recently not providing as steady a signal as before. Today the suresignal isnt working at all - no lights, and no power. It was hot to the touch on top. If this unit has broken then please replace it as soon as possible as we depend on it for two vodafone mobiles.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi RonB,
Have any Sure Signal lights now come back on?
If not, try moving it to a different plug socket which may give more ventilation.
If this doesn’t help, it may indicate that the unit is faulty and would need sending for repair.
