Suresignal not working

My sure signal has stopped working, no lights at all. I can't find the receipt but have the original box with bar code and sticker which has the date it was made on it (Aug 13). I thought this would be enough to show it was in warranty. I took it into my local Vodafone store today to ask about a warranty repair and was told it was classed as an accessory and has only one warranty and that without a receipt it could not be repaired. I asked can the barcode not be read to bring up the purchase date and details but was told it is not possible. Can you advise my options?

Just realised my post above may have confused due to a missing word, It should have read my local vadafone store told me the suresignal has only a one year warranty.

Hi @paul_bright

 

Please test a different Ethernet cable with your Sure Signal and check all connections are plugged in.

 

If it’s still the same when testing it at a different location and no lights are showing, it sounds like it’ll be faulty.

 

The Sure Signal will now be out of the 12 month warranty.
