I have the same issue here.

Mine has been working for over a year now without any issues at all - maybe the odd drop because my broadband link dropped but that is the only issue I have had.

Now it doesn't work ay all - which is this Vodafone?

The trouble shooter didn't have my scenario I have MKII from your pictures,I have steady power light and flashing (for 5 days now) system light, already tried a reset three times.

I am sure it is an issue with the back end or you are not recognising the address range that the SureSignal is connecting from. My address is a BT REtail one (BT Wholesale FTTC connection) and is within the follwoing range 86.146.54.xxx

My broadband has been up for about 33 days now so it is not as if the connection was bouncing.

Does Vodafone have the 512K issue on their routers?

Looks like there maybe a routing issue somewhere in the path.

Vodafone would you sort this out urgently please as it could be effecting a lot of your customers

Hi everyone,

You can check for the latest information on this issue here.

Thanks,

Matt B

Matt_B, why has it taken Vodafone till today to find that there is an issue with the SureSignal back end system or routing...???

Can I have compensation from Vodafone for not providing service please.
