Suresignal stopped working after working fine for months

Hi, sure signal been working fine for over a year, now system light has started flashing and phones don't work, tried a reset and rebooted router but system light still just flashing, red light on steady, help please.

The trouble shooter didn't have my scenario I have MKII from your pictures,I have steady power light and flashing (for 3 days now) system light, already tried a reset twice, here are my trace route results.

I have had my Version 3 for a while and it has just stopped.  No lights at all.

I have tested the power socket OK.

Network performance - 17.63Mbps downlink 1.08Mbps uplink

Ping 17mS, Jitter 2mS

@woodlen - Your traceroute looks fine and your Sure Signal last had contact with us on 21 April.

 

As there are no lights showing, I can only suggest that your Sure Signal is broken. How long have you had it? Check the warranty information here.
