I have done several power cycles on the Suresignal - No Change

I have done a hard reset (holding reset button, remove and replace power cable) - No Change

I have deregistered from the vodafone account for 24 hours and re-registered - No Change

Lights 1, 2 and 4 are on.

I can see the Suresignal, with an assigned IP in the router and it shows a bit of data sent and received (probably during the initial setup).
Nothing has changed my end in the way of hardware or setup since it was last working, it has been working for years with no problem, this has just started recently that we have noticed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Factory reset seems to have done the trick with my phone, not sure what was going on there!

All appears sorted now, thanks for the help.

Hi Tanthalus,

The firmware has been pushed through for you.

Let me know if this is now working.

Dave

Thanks Dave,

Now I am back from work the results are as follows:

My wifes phone (Huawei Ascend Y300) cant remember model) is showing a full signal and using the SS box (3rd light flashes when making a call - this wasn't happening previously).

My sons phone (Samsung Galaxy Y) is the same as my wife, full signal and using the box.

My phone (HTC Desire C) appears to be using the SS box (3rd light flashes) but it is only showing 2-4 bars signal, dependant on where I am in the house. I get 2-3 bars at my PC desk which is in clear line of site of the box and about 4 meters away!  Not sure what is going on there.

Probably going to save contacts and do a factory reset on my phone this evening to see if that makes a difference, I did go through a spell of getting 3-5 service updates a day from Vodafone not long back!

Overall seems to be working, just my daughters phone to check (iPhone 4) when she gets home from work.

Thanks for the help, will update on what is going on with my phone.  Something isn't right as it used to show a full signal when using the SS box.

Hi Tanthalas,

That’s great news, I’m glad everything is working again for you.
