Hi @MikeFrench86,

We'll need to update your firmware and I've requested for this to be done.

As this will take a few days, if you could switch all the phones connected to the Sure Signal off and back on again on Tuesday, things should be sorted.

@AndriodFamily - I've replied to you here.

Thanks,

Lee

Thanks Lee - I'll do that late Tuesday.

Will update you Wednesday.

regards

Mike.

Waited through Tuesday as requested.

Switched off phones, and turned them on again - no success. Waited to today, tried a reset on the box with phones off, and then switched them on - no success.

Suresignal still showing lights 1 and 2 permanently on, lights 3 and 4 off. Occasional flashing of light 4.

Please can you check to see if the firmware update took, and let me know next steps ?

Many thanks

Mike.

Hi @MikeFrench86

I can see your Sure Signal has now updated to the latest firmware and last connected to our servers this morning. Is everything working ok now?

If not, try de-registering one of the numbers, leave for 12 hours and then re-register.

Thanks,

Jenny

24hr bump

I'd also like to understand if I'm running current firmware which also seems to have been used as a resolution - unsure if this is applied autmatically during connected state or if it is "sent" as a manual action on Vodafone initiation.

Would appreciate a Vodafone response to this please - the guy on the phone at your call centre yesterday just informed me that you were out of stock in the UK, and to go to eBay to try to buy a replacement !
