Suresignal v3.0 receiving but won't make calls

Still unable to make calls and what's new today is the 3rd User light (white handset light) now lights up momentarily but the call still terminates instantly without any dial tone-- Call Ended displayed. What's happening Vodafone?

 

replacement Suresignal v3 receives calls and messages OK but any attempt to make a call gets Call Ended and disconnect immediately.

When receiving calls the 3rd white light on Suresignal lights up but this 3rd light does not light when trying to make a call to any number.

I deregistered and reregistered again and reset BT SmartHub router.

Received msg to say numbers were now registered and device working OK, but it is not allowing calls out. Pls can Vodafone SureSignal techs check please as I am aware there have been recent problems at Vodafone?:

@mosman457 Sorry for the delay in reaching your post. 

 

I've checked your Sure Signal serial number and can see your device last made contact with our server on 8 December 2016 at 2.03pm. 

Please let us know if you're still having trouble.

Edit:

I needed service asap so waited 45 mins on phone, finally was told Vodafone have reset things at their end and to wait 6 hours but they saw device was connected to service. Will update tomorrow on results.

 

Still a problem, Rahim. Device been reset, changed Ethernet cable, restarted Router.  Power On and 2 white lights. My Vodafone says Suresignal is active.

Your info/ timestamps are just wrong ..  your mail has time 1:44 so 2:03 is in the future so how can it be connected to your network then !!?  2:03 is in 10 minutes time ??

Today it even said device not rtegistered on Vodafone network so something is really wrong. Please advise how to reach your tech support team as been on hold 30 mins already to phone support and Live Chat not working either

I've asked my colleague and he meant to write '7 December 2016 at 2.03pm.'

 

I apologise for the confusion surrounding the issue.

 

I've checked myself and I can see that the Sure Signal was picked up by Vodafone 11 December 2016 at 4:15pm.

 

As you're with BT, could you please follow this guide and follow from step two.

 

Let me know how you get on.

After 3 days of calls to customer support the Suresignal tech team reset at Vodafone's end, I had to reset at my end, waiting 6 hours for each stage before device is now working again.

It now works once more. Nothing beats a human on the end of numerous calls it seems !
