Hi,

My SS worked briefly, but has been stuck in this state for a few weeks now.

I've tried several factory resets and power cycling.  I've followed the steps in the troubleshooting thread, but this particular combination of lights doesn't seem to be listed.

 

The SS doesn't appear to be listed in my router as having an IP.

Hi charltones,

 

It sounds like you might be experiencing a term called 'packet loss' when using the sure signal and you will need to call the Vodafone and they will put you through to their technical team.
