Suresignal v3, works with one phone, doesn't work with another

Hi,

I've been through the troubleshooting thread.  I've de-registered and re-registered both the SS and the phones.

Both phones are iPhone 5s bought at the same time.

One phone (primary on my account) works fine and I can make and receive calls via the SS.

The other phone, which I added to the SS manually, does not.  It will eventually connect to the SS, but when it does it will neither make or receive calls.

When I try and make calls I get "call failed"

When I try and receive a call, the other party gets a continuous tone.

After a few minutes, the phone seems to give up on the SS and disconnect.

I've had the SS for some time now and this has been the case since I bought it.  I've removed and re-added the second phone many many times without luck.

I've done a reset network settings on the second iPhone.
