Suresignal was working but again it has now stopped working?????????

My sure signal was working fine but three days ago it stopped, spoke to your tech team who told me I had a faulty sure signal and to buy another one,80 pounds out of my pocket but that has the same issues, spoke to your tech team who said the issue was not the unit the issue is due to your service being down and they do not know how long and to use Wi-Fi calling. Thank you for wasting 80 pounds of my money. Found out today after 3 hours of talking to your chat teams who are useless and members on here know more then your staff that thanks to some helpful forum members that as my phone came from carphone and not direct from Vodafone I do not have the option of Wi-Fi calling which is rubbish, you only allow direct brought phones to have this service yet it was your upgrade team who sent me to carphone when I got the phone, I now have a phone I can not use indoors as my sure signal is again not working. So I have decided as this forum knows more then Vodafone's staff to post my issue on here to see what is happening. So here goes, The issue you’re experiencing: No Signal What light sequence you're seeing: Solid Red Light Flashing First White Symbol which is a world with an arrow around it Your speed test results from here. 206MB Your external IP address from here. 81.96.67.118 Your Sure Signal serial number: 40131542256 The results of a traceroute. Hi @SteveBinUK

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing

PWIAC

Might be worth you starting your own thread so you get answers directly to you, like me i started this one so i would know whan i have an answer that relates to my problems.

Thanks Drey

Been through the troubleshooting at least 4 times now - trying yet again a reset (Sure Signal model 3) and lets see what happens

What I was particularly interested in was the previous post mentioned that Vodafone themselves had a problme with the Sure Signal server - I was wondering if this was the case?

Thanks

If you've been through the troubleshooting and the issue hasn't been resolved, please post the details requested in the "issue not listed" link so the eForum Team have information to work with.

There hasn't been an official announcement about an issue, so I can only assume that there isn't one.

As i mentioned above if you start your own thread with your issues then your know replies are directed to you.

Thank you.

Actually, posting in an existing thread on the same issue is encouraged and is part of the eForum houserules so stevebinUK is right to post in this thread.

It then means that when i get an email saying i have a reply to the issues i raised it may not be for me so wasiting everyones time, it also hides the fact that so many people are having issues, it also means like now i am looking and replying to people like you about something that has nothing to do with my issue that i rasied, at least keeping them seperate means people know when they get an e-mail reply its about there issue and not someone elses.

Yep, that may well happen. That is the way the forum works, in fact most forums work this way.

 The T&Cs do make it clear that you shouldn't create duplicate threads. It states that you must not use the eForum

- to post duplicate threads. If a thread already exists that relates to the same Content, you must use that thread;
