Hi,

My suresignal (version 1) has stopped working ever since I replaced the SIM card in my phone. The replacement SIM has the same number - it was replaced because I suspected it might be damaged. Now I have no signal in my house. Any ideas how to get my suresignal working again?

Thanks in advance

Keith

Hi

When a Sim Swap has been actioned it's suggested to De Register from the Sure Sugnal for 24 Hours and then Re Register.

We also have two new sims and I am trying to resolve the same problem. However when I go into My Account / Manage Services / Sure Signal the device is not showing up. The only options I am given are Buy or Register !

The device itself is showing all lights on as normal.
