Mine slowly came back to life ten minutes ago - I was dreading having to ring up the help line as it had been so painfully slow and tedious to set it up originally - so pleased it is now back up and working with little intervention from me. So, will Vodafone now tell us what went wrong?

 I'm in Cheshire. Mine's down too. Only the power light on. Original SS box. There again mine hasn't worked properly since Voda started sending those texts in early January saying that the box location had changed. Which it hadnt.

I've pretty much given up on mine and assigned it the tag of 'Worst piece of kit I've ever spent my money on'.

When it works it's great but I think I'd rather just have no  box and no signal rather than this inconsistency.
