I'm in Cheshire. Mine's down too. Only the power light on. Original SS box. There again mine hasn't worked properly since Voda started sending those texts in early January saying that the box location had changed. Which it hadnt.
I've pretty much given up on mine and assigned it the tag of 'Worst piece of kit I've ever spent my money on'.
When it works it's great but I think I'd rather just have no box and no signal rather than this inconsistency.
