Hi we are having problems with our sure signal and we need to talk to a tech help at vodafone. All we are getting is a menu thing which take us back to the previous choice all the time.

We live in a very rural location with no usable reliable network and now our sure signal is down too. We need it running asap, so if anyone has  a telephone number for a real person at vodaphone and not a robot I would love to have it. Getting desperate. Thanks

Hi there

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing.

 

If you want to speak to someone the customer service number is 191 from any Vodafone handset
