Think my Sure Signal needs re-syncing thoughts please people.... ....

I have moved house recently and now have a new ISP. I have ammended th Sure Signal postcode on the web portal.
My Sure Signal was always a bit hit and miss at my old house, but I need it more than ever now.
I am just getting the power light on and the other 2 lights continually flash after hours and hours.
I have opened up the appropriate ports on my Billion router and still nothing

Thanks for your post. The traceroute shows everything as should be, you've hit every connection and there's no latency.
If you have your Sure Signal serial number I can take a closer look at this for you. Please could you let me know your external IP address so I can check that it's whitelisted?

Hi,
Spoke to tech support, we spent some time checking the static IP, firewall and ports on the router etc, gave the SS a full reset, now the two white lights flash for a few minutes and then go off completely. Not continually flash as before.
The serial number is : 40110937378

Hi bulldog_winston,
I can see that your Sure Signal hasn’t connected to the server in some time which would indicate either a port issue or an IP address issue.
So we can check the external IP address please can you PM me this directly if you don’t want to place it on a public forum and I will be able to get this checked for you.
