Your speed test results.
Your ping test results.
Your external IP address.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

No I'm not doing a trace all I won't you do to is reset all data your end as it work Saturday so it works . When I went though reset it has not connected to your server the problem is your end please reset all data so it can reconnect........

Instead of resetting the Sure Signal, you'll need to de-register and register it again.
This will ensure it picks up the new SIM and hardware details.
