Hello,

 

Im having issues with my business sure signals.

 

Is anyone able to provide me with the trace routes from 212.183.128.0/20 too 31.216.1.101 or 31.216.8.101.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Can you confirm what type of Sue Signals you have? Are they one of the ones shown on the troubleshooting thread here?

 

Only reason i ask is you refer to them as "business sure signals" and Vodafone have a different type of Femto cell for business called Sure Signal Plus (formerly known as Managed Sure Signal) and a version for large enterprise called Sure Signal Premium.

 

The diagnostics for these types of systems are drasticaly different to a standard domestic VSS
