Please advise how I can deeregister my suresignal to give to someone else.

If you are currently a Vodafone customer - this can be done online through My Account.  If you have left Vodafone and are no longer a customer, you're going to need a bit of help getting the device deregistered.  One of the eForum Team will need to help you and will drop you a Private Message with the details on how to get in touch.

I have a similar problem.

I have left Vodafone, but a friend who is a customer would like to use my SureSi8gnal Box.  

Unfortunately my account no-longer works, so please can ypou let me know how to transfer the number to my friend?
