Unable to add a Vodafone number to SS

I have added some numbers ok. One number won't add.

Error message -

We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1024 - [2a1]

Repeatedly tried for over a month.

I suspect this number is not being recognised as a Vodafone number.

Can Sure Signal Team add the problem number for me ?
