Unable to add additional users

Hi support,

 

I am unable to add an addional vodafone user from my sure signal page....an error message 500, or something keeps displaying.

 

Are you able to assist by adding the vodafone number directly for me.?

Hi,

 

Live Chat or Customer service on 191 should be able to help. 

 

There was a recent post where the person found adding a couple of numbers at once worked. 

 

Sonetines trying another Browser and or clearing the cache and cookies of the one your using helps.

Assuming it was an HTTP 500 error message then there is an issue with the server rather than something on your computer. As @BandOfBrothers suggested contact Customer services who should be able to sort this for you and get the number added.

After trying 3 browsers and around 25 attempts, finally managed to add the number...which now has full signal 😊
