Unable to connect to Suresignal

I have current received a replacement Sure signal, Model 9361 Home cell. I plug it in and went through the installation process without any problem. My sure signal has a Power light on stable, System light on stable and Phone light is off. I don’t have any service signal on my iphone.

I know my iphone works with sure signal because I registered with another sure signal on the different location and manage to make calls. I have tried to follow the eForum to resolve the problem but without any success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Everything looks fine with your setup but there is a location profile change that’s been detected.

 

I’ve updated this for you and also re-synced the Sure Signal.

 

Is it just the one iPhone that you’re having trouble, with because I can see that there is two numbers attached to it?

My phone work with a Sure Signal on the another location (owner Alan Cowan/NE61 4EN) but not at my house (CA8 7DW).
