Unable to log in to manage suresignal

Hi

 

I registered my suresignal over 3 years ago and haven't needed to log in for some time, since porting my number to pay as you go and updating to IOS7 (I'm not sure whether either of these are relevant) I have lost signal.

 

I have tried to log in to add my number again on the suresignal but have been unable to and it doesn't seem to be connected to either mine or my husbands number, can you help or possibly deregister the suresignal so that I can link it to the new account I have just registered please?

 

My suresignal serial no is 21222180198
