Unable to make outgoing calls with SS

Hi, I've had my SS for some time now with 3 iPhones attached to it & its worked perfectly, howerever recently I can no longer make any outgoing calls, all the other functions work perfectly ie, full signal strength, can text, can recieve calls.  Its a version 1 SS & I've tried a hard re-set.  Nothing has chaanged with the devices or landline provider.  Any bright ideas?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I have got a new iPhone 5, and my partners daughter has had an iPhone 4 for nearlt 2 years, and neither will connect to the Vodafone Sure Signal.  I up to today had a Samsung Galaxy S4, my partner has a Sansung Galaxy S3 and they were connected with no issues,

 

The Sure Signal divice is 40140918653;

 

IP address is 2.218.20.192

 

Upload speed of 1.05

 

Download speed of 12.02mbps

 

Ping of 18ms

Your IP address is fine.

 

I suggest removing and then adding the numbers back onto the Sure Signal.
