Unable to manage Sure Signal - Not appearing under account

I am in the process of moving from Vodafone, however my wife is remaining.

I have a Sure Signal which is working fine - we are both connected to it and it works as it should do. I'd like to move the Sure Signal from my account to hers.

I was told to go My Account>Manage Account Settings>Devices>Sure Signal

When I click on this I'm given the option to "Buy a Sure Signal" but no possible way to manage the one that is currently running.

How do I deactivate the device from my account when my account doesn't even seem to recognise the fact I have it?

I'ma ssuming that if I simply try and register it in my wife's account it'll tell me it is activated elsewhere?

Hi @Soofla

 

If you are having a problem managing the Sure Signal dashboard, please use Live Chat and they will be able to deregister the device to enable your Wife to set up the Sure Signal from her account.
