Hi,
From last week me and the wifes Iphone can make calls via out Sure Signal but not receive.
I have tried the reset function with no luck.
Serial No: 21223164654
Can someone have a look please or provide a fix.

seen this before.
i think the fix was to change postcode then change it back again after about 20 mins
let me know if it works

Nope didn't work for me So I've turned it off and now in receiving calls ok.
Come on Vodafone fix please.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Nothing wrong with my broadband connection speed wise or anyother ping test.
Problem is Vodafones end and not my end.

Hi Realist,
Thanks for posting your results, apart from the initial 258ms trace on hop 1, there’s nothing there that would indicate any issues. Are you able to try the Sure Signal on a different network connection? I’ve checked your serial number on our systems and can see that it connected with our servers during the evening of 22/12/12. So we can make sure the Sure Signal is up to date, I’ve forced through a resync of your device.
To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-
