Unable to register Sure Signal

Hi, 

I am unable to register my sure signal, it is second hand but has definitely been de-registered. Any help appreciated, seller doesn't want to give refund as vodafone have told him it should work fine. 😞

 

lights are power light flashing and first light on orange, lights by the ethernet plug are green on and orange flashing.

You could try using Live Chat or Customer service on 191 for them to check the sure signals status. 

 

However when it's a second hand sure signal and issues exist with trying to register as the new owner the issue can be that the original owner hasn't successfully de registered.

Thanks for you reply.  I have spoken on live chat twice and 191, but still having problems, the original owner also spoke to vodafone help and ensured it was de-registered, last resort posting on here to see if they was anybody out there who had any other suggestions! they just say they have sorted it and to wait between 1 and 24 hours and try again, I have been waiting for a week and still no good. 😞

If this was my situation I'd be looking to possibly return the item for a Refund as something seems wrong with that Sure Signal Unit.
