I am unable to register/activate my SureSignal v1.
I receive the following error message:
Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1005
I have attempted to speak to Live Chat on several occasions and they have been no help at all. On one occasion I was advised to call 191, but there is no option to speak to a human.
The SureSignal is used, so it is possible it was already registered to another account, if so please deregister so I can use it...

We can only deregister an account for the original owner. Are you the original owner?
If not, you’ll need to get in contact with them, and ask them to get in touch with, so that we can check the account.

I’ve just checked the status of your Sure Signal, I can confirm it’s become suspended.
The device will revert to this state when it’s not been active for 2 years, once it’s in this state we’re unable to reactivate it.
I do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
