Thanks KJBM1. I did the same and I'm now registered. It did seem to connect for a few hours this afternoon but has since stopped working again. I will see what happens over the next couple of days and take it from there.

This does rather raise the point however as to why we weren't advised to do this earlier. Vodafone could have bought themselves considerable time (both theirs and their customers') had they advised as such once they had registered the issue. Why the web-team appear to be firing off lots of PMs to frustrated customers when the problem can be remedied over the telephone I cannot fathom. I think so far my six days of experience have shown Vodafone to be a very ramshackle organisation for whom neither telecommunications nor customer service cines easily. They really should have a functioning website!

Like everyone else on here I can't register my suresignal via the website because of the error.  Can someone PM me so I can get this sorted please.

For info.  I have had a suresignal registered since Jan 2010 but as I moved house I wanted to update the postcode.  That didn't work and gave the same error as did trying to change the name of the suresignal.  Strangely the only option that did work was deregistering.  Now when I go to reregister with the updated details I get the same damn error as everyone else.

You would think that someone would be trying to fix this, its costing Vodafone call revenue, causing me huge issues at home and frankly is unacceptable ...

Hi Guys,

Thank you for your posts here.

Unfortunately we are still experiencing issues with the online dashboard for the Sure Signal however, it has been raised and investigations are currently ongoing.

Unfortunately due to this the only way to resolve your issue is to get the unit register using our back end system which can be done through ourselves, 191 or through the chat option.

If you are still having issues registering the Sure Signal please follow the instructions on the PM that I have sent to you and one of the team can get this all sorted for you.

I've also posted a plea for help on another forum but I'm having another go here. Please can I have a solution to registration problem. The website won't let me even begin to register my sure signal box now. Just says can't process my request, try again later. Been trying for ages now. I just weant to be able to use my phone without going to the end of my garden!
