Thanks for reply. I have sorted the problem and got all phones working again. The main problem was caused by the sure signal set up web page becoming corrupt and unusable, and because I registered it oringinally with an old number that is no longer in use, giving me no access to edit things or add numbers. I spoke to the telephone support guy and after unsuccesfully trying to add my number back in, he agreed de registering the sure signal was the only option. After waiting about 30 minutes I registered it in my new mobile number, then more or less straight away my wife and daughters phone started to work. I was a little worried mine still had no signal. So I waited until the next day, and finally my phone got a signal again. At last problem solved and all working again.
P.S All 3 phones are Nokia 5230.

Are you able to log into your online account and de register your sure signal?
If so I would advise doing this, waiting 24 hours and then registering it again as it sounds like the registration has not completed correctly and linked to your online account properly.
I'm pleased to see that you have managed to get this sorted, any other questions, let us know.

I'm unable to manage my SureSignal.
Although the account shows the SureSignal registered to me, there is no way of accessing any "dashboard" or anything similar. My choice is to unregister and that's it.
IE8, WinXP, etc.

I have just added a sure signal as cant get a consistent signal without one, I have registered it online but have been waiting 40 hrs for the text and still nothing . is this usual? I cannot check My account as the web page will not let me create an account as it says my DOB is wrong....(I think i know my own DOB)

Firstly, a very warm welcome to the eForum Family, it's always great to see new faces on here .
It sounds like you're having issues because there's no My Account profile in place. As it's saying your Date of Birth is wrong, I suspect it's been inputted wrongly on your account. So that we can check this for you, I've sent you an email. If you reply with all the details, then we'll be in touch as soon as we can.

Have tried this and no joy whatsoever! Furthermore, my SureSignal is at present deregistered but I'm still getting full 3G signal in my house....
I reregistered it and it failed to let me add users; I deregistered it again but this seems to have had no effect on my SureSignal whatsoever.
Please can this be sorted asap?!

Hi. I am a business customer (IBM). I cannot register my number for an online acount in order to then register my new sure signal. Thus its not too useful at the minute. When I type in my number on the account setup screen it says already registered (which I am not) and thus I go to the 'forgotten username' section and type in my number and wow it says number not recognised.
I have spoken with Richard in business support team - he tried to clear any previous details of mine e.g. from previous personal phones, but obviously not everything is clean yet. I will have used my business number as an alternative contact number on a personal phone registration. Happy for those accounts to be deleted if it helps as the business one is now the only Voda number I have.
Anything you can do?
If the device cant be set up then its not effective and I need to return it, but obviously there is only a limited time to return it for a full refund thus I'd rather your team helped to fix within the next 48 hours.

Don;t worry though, I'm sure we can get you up and running. I'm going to send you an email over to the email address that you registered with. All you need to do is hit reply when you receive it and fill in all of the information it asks for. We'll then get back to you as soon as possible

Hi Wayne, I still cannot register online for 'My account' and thus cant register my Sure Signal device.
I've had this unused for almost a week now.
If not resolved by end of Thursdsay it gets returned on Friday.

Just so that there is no debate on the issue I have emailed the v-store email address and replied to your email confirming my intent to return the device for a full refund. As its only 5 days since receipt I expect VF will abide by the law.

For two days I have been trying to add users. In all that time I have only managed to add one user, and keep getting the error below. I have tried Chrome10.0.648.151, Firefox3.6.15, and IE8 with same result.

I'm having the same problem as cblewittI, unable to add users. It makes no difference which browser I use (have tried Internet Explorer, Firefox,Chrome) or my location (home or office). Temporary and cache files have been flushed.
I will say that Vodafone support have been completely and utterly useles, words cannot adequately express my frustration and annoyance with their patronising manner. I've been told that a) there's no Sure Signal registered for the account (there is and 3 phones are registered) b) the Sure Signal box is either not powered on or conencted to the network (it is and the online status in Vodafone's own web page show it is and c) try again in ten minutes even though I've reported this issue muliple times and being trying for over a week.
I've sent 3 messages through the Support Contact Us link on this very web page but no one in Vodafone has had the courtesy or manners to reply to a busines client, not a single message or phone call.
What an irony, a so called communciations company that doesn't or won't communicate with its customers.
I tried to raise a complaint but apparently these are dealt with by first line support, so the very department that I want to complain about will deal with my complaint.
Its like dealing with a black hole, everything is sucked in but nothing is allowed out.
