Unable to register replacement sure signal box

Hi,I have today received a replacement new sure signal box,you're website was unavailable this afternoon so i called technical support who de-registered my old box and tried to register my replacement also adding users, this was not successful and they are unable to give me a time frame of when this will be sorted out,i've tried myself when the website was back online and it will not register the details entered,i've checked the serial number is correct and I'm now really despondent as this issue has been going on for weeks ,i have requested a manager call me to discuss these issues on 3 separate occasions with no call back !

Box is now shown as registered on My Vodafone with correct serial number but all im getting is a solid red power light and flashing internet light please assist.

Hi daijones

 

That light sequence means it's been configured which can take up to 6 hours. During this stage do not unplug or reset it, as this will start the process again.
