Unable to register sure signal V3

Hi,

I'm constantly getting an error when trying to register my SS along the lines of Oops there is a problem! According to others on the forum this seems to have been an ongoing problem for some time.  Can someone please help.

Is this a new or used sure signal ?

 

"Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 or 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."

I asked because a used one has to be successfully de registered by the original owner before a new owner can register it.
