Unable to register

I think there may be a problem with my account which prevents me from registering.

 

My account appears under the Personal tab but shows as a business acount. Clicking on the 'My Sure Signal' merely refreshes the page. If I follow the business registration route, when I log in I am sent back to the Personal tab.

 

What can I do to make this work?
