Unable to tracert to 212.183.133.177 - BT Broadband customer

Hi, I am having problems setting up a VSS V1 and have found that from my PC a tracert to 212.183.133.177 times out constantly. The same happens when attempting 178/179. Is this a BT issue? Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
