Unregister a sure signal

Sure signal serial number 42152190700

I bought a sure signal box for my wife when she worked on contract with Manchester university. The university provided the phone. After purchase the university registered the phone so it could be used with the sure signal device

my wife has now completed her contract and returned the phone to the university. We have asked them to unregister the device but they have not done so.

is it possible for you to unregister the phone from my sure signal device so that I can pass it he device to a friend who wants to register his phone

Hi,

The original owner of the ss will need to de register it either via myvodafone or by contacting customer service via phone or Live Chat. 

Vodafone wouldn't de register it for anyone else but the registered owner.
