I am sick of the unreliability of my sure signal 3 box. It works for a couple of weeks or so and then for no apparant reason stops for a week or so then starts again for no reason.
It has now been out for about a week. Started off with first 3 lights on but wouldn't connect to phones (4 in the house need to use it). Tried every reset described on website but no effect. Now power light on second light flashing, been doing this for days. Have to routers with different isps but works with neither and has worked with both before.
What next, I feel like taking a sledgehammer to it.

Thanks Jenny,
No change, I've left it alone for a number of long periods, maybe not 24 hours but it usually reverts to red light 1 on and lights 2 and 4 orange. I inadvertently started another thread after my initial moan here and it's probably best to abandon this one and move to that otherwise we'll all get even more confused! it's simply "SS3 not working" and was last replied to earlier today (21.10.14)

Hi @hewishmobile,
Please check your port forwarding.
If there’ve been any power outages this could affect your router settings.
For information on this, please see here.
If this doesn’t work, I recommend de registering and re-registering the Sure Signal.
Cheers,
Laura
