Update from the Vodafone Press Office

After giving an interview to Radio 4 today, I was contacted by the Vodafone Press Office. The guy I spoke to reassured me that I would be kept up-to-date on the situation from now on. He apologised for the poor communication on the part of Vodafone. From what I understand, there is no light at the end of the tunnel at the moment. I was told that Vodafone is working with a number of "third parties" to rectify the problem we are all experiencing. I will receive another phone call from Vodafone tomorrow before EOB. When I do, I will update this thread and keep everyone in the loop.

Looking at these threads, it can take ages to just get a an acknowledgement. Whats going on! Been out of service for days now, ridiculous.

Hi D'ArcyFoley,

My colleague Ben replied to you here.

Everything looks fine on the Sure Signal here and we've advised you to speak to your ISP about this.

Hi marti,

Your Sure Signal connected to the server this morning.

In the first instance, I'd recommend restarting the router, once this is done, restart the Sure Signal.

If this doesn't resolve it, let us know.

We do also ask members not to add duplicate posts as this can increase the time for us to reply to other queries.

Thanks,

Ian
