Upgraded phone and sure signal not working

Hi Team,

I just upgraded one of my phones to a new handset and it now can't connect to the sure signal box. Sure signal serial number is 40120521444 and the last time I had this issue you had to re sync the sure signal box.

I have reset my sure signal as well as they asked me to do this last time.

Please advise.

Hi, just to also note I have removed and re added the phone number to the sure signal box as well.

Hi Vaseem702,

 

The resync has been done for you.

 

You may need to factory reset the VSS to complete the steps.

A recently upgraded phone is not working on my sure signal, all other phones are working ok, I have tried removing and re-adding but this did not work. Can you please re-synch my Sure Signal device to resolve this.

We're unable to see your Sure Signal or account details on the eForum.

 

However, if you de-register and register the Sure Signal, this will help it pick up the new hardware details. :Smiling:
