Using Sure Signal With a 4G phone

My 4G phone (Samsung S6) will not connect to sure signal. How do I fix this issue?

Hi there

 

A Sure SIgnal device is a 3G only device so try changing your network settings to 3G.  That should help

@nrogers805 have you just upgraded or changed your SIM?

 

If you have it can sometimes take a short time for the new SIM to register with the Sure Signal. If it doesn't begin working again after a day or so then get in touch with Customer Services who will be able to force an update to your VSS

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
