V1 Sure Signal not working

Connected sure signal yesterday and registered to account with four users. I get lights 1,2 and four but never anything on light three. None of the users see the 3G signal appearing.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

Hi @JohnIgoe  

 

From looking at your traceroute, there are a few hops which are very high. Anything over 200 will cause problems for the Sure Signal.

 

You’ll need to contact your ISP (internet service provider) to discuss this further as it’s most likely a latency issue.
