V1 Sure signals not connecting

Non of the sure signals seem to be connecting, we are getting very poor signal strength.

Can these be reset / synced please?

I’ve asked for the software update to be pushed to the other units for you but it looks like 21196912576 is already on the latest version.

Is this one working ok?

Hi grafx,

I’ve checked the serial numbers ending 153, 812 and 717 and they’re all now on the latest version of the firmware.

Can you confirm they’re all now working as normal for you?

Hi, yes I saw the activity through the firewall, and cannot test as not onsite, but as it sorted the other one, sure these will be fine now too.
