V2 Sure Signal Not Working

Hi,

My v2 suresignal has stopped working today....two of the lights are one and white but the third isn't.  

 

The suresignal has a local IP and can be pinged. 

I have run a traceroute to 212.183.133.177 but it times out - detail below.

 

The help (https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Sure-Signal-not-transmitting-a-3G-signal/m-p/23... says to contact Live Help but that doesn't appear to be working.

 

Any ideas?

@ossiejnr Everything looks fine from our end and we can see that your Sure Signal has recently made a connection. 

We trust everything is back up and running now. 

The S/Signal is down again....the service over the past few weeks has been terrible, up and down like crazy....please contact me so we can get this working again ALL the time

When will vodafone offer WiFi calling so we can scrap the need for these SureSignal devices?  EE offer this with the iPhone 5s or later with no requirement other than a wireless internet connection.

@ossiejnr We've resynced your Sure Signal to resolve the issue you're facing. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for the Sure Signal to regain connection and perform the following: 

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Hi,

Help.

ss v2 not working has been 3 wks now.

 

The issue you’re experiencing: flashing/not working since second week of january does work ocasionally but only for a short time.
