Tried a reset, but to no avail

Please could you re sync?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi @plattdh

 

I've performed a resync for you.

 

To complete the action, please reset your Sure Signal by holding the power button in for 20-30 seconds.

 

Once all the lights flash, release the power button and allow 4-6 hours for the unit to set up again.

 

If that doesn't fix it, please provide the details Sukhi asked for.
